I prefer the sausage Sosmix rather then the beef style one. I have used it to make 'halfenders' before which is basically like a pasty/sausage roll but one end has the sosmix and the other has sweet apple pie filling. Lunch and dessert in one hand pastry wrapped combo.

Which is what Cornish pasties used to be like. But they didn't have sosmix in them.
