When my daugher was a baby and I was nursing her, I became a La Leche League leader. They are people that help women nurse their babies. Cuz sadly people have forgotton how to do such a natural thing, and doctors don't know SQUAT about it. Seriously.

Anyhow I remember reading (and that was 28 years ago) that cows milk was meant to help a calf stand and walk in a very very short time after birth. Well hello, how can that possibly be good for human babies that are not meant to?? (retorical) And I do remember someone of that time being brave enough to say that each specicies is species specific in how to feed it's young and that no one past babies *needed* milk. And they reminded people that do you see any species drinking milk past a certain age. Ha ha, it was scary to some to be reminded. lol

Now once this weather clears, on to find some more vegan ice cream, I'm out.

Is the weather too hot or too cold to go out? You haven't been hit by the same weather as Washington D.C., have you?

No, it's just cold rain at the moment. But that's icky enough right now.
