I will post vegan bodybuilding tips from Eric Carlsen here. Feel free to add your own advice too, if you are into bodybuilding!

Let's jump right into this thing with your first tip...

A natural diet & eating whole foods is how the human body was
designed to process food...

We managed to survive on this planet for a millennium living off nothing but what mother earth gave to us that day.

Our bodies were deigned as hunters and gathers so as our tribe moved around in search of food; we ate small meals throughout the day.

We thrived on plants, grains, fruits, and berries and sometimes we ate
some fresh red meat, fish or insects but for the most part our diets were mainly plant based.

This is how we ate for almost all of our human existence until most recently with the creation of food processing.

We learned how to chemically remove parts of the natural foods we enjoyed for so long, and place them into altered states of what we now call food.

It’s a bad imitation.

Our bodies are simply not designed this way so our body continues to become more diseased as the years go by.

Disease and illness are rampant all over world and obesity is more than
out of control. Diabetes, child obesity, and age related degenerated disease’s are killing us at a rapid rate and this can be prevented by a simple shift in diet habits.

1. Eat small meals throughout the day. 5-6 six meals with a mix of proteins,
carbohydrates and fat.
(Don’t believe the hype-YOU NEED CARBS~!)

2. Eat all natural foods. Fresh GREEN leafy veggies, sweet potatoes & yams, WHOLE grains, seeds, nuts, berries, fruit and soy.

3. Avoid ANYTHING Processed. Anything with a long label or you don’t know what all that other stuff is. My BIG TIP is to shop around the perimeter
of the grocery store.
AVOID the middle isles and frozen foods

4. Use natural seasoning. Avoid condiments, which contain again a number of products that your body just does not use very well.

5. Organic ingredients are always your best bet.

6. If you can’t read the label, don’t eat it.

7. AVOID SUGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (it’s in everything!)

Now if you just practiced this for 30 days you would FEEL a dramatic shift in the performance of your body.

Give it 60 days and your overall sense of well-being will be so great that you start to feel unstoppable.

You’ll want to exercise.
You’ll want to play.
You will want to have more sex and play more!

Your mood levels will remain more even through out the day. Your stress levels will be WAY down, and your body will feel light and efficient.

I’m not saying you can never have “fun”, but when you do have fun it will feel better and more enjoyable because your daily routine is diligent and focused on health.

Now you can REALLY enjoy yourself without fear or guilt.

Eat all natural baby,
Eric Carlson

When most people hear the words cardio, their brain shuts off and shuns the idea of doing the “cardio” thing...
I frequently hear people say “I hate cardio.” Is this you?

Well if it is we need to talk a bit about how the cardio programs are a major benefit to fat loss, blood flow, oxygen intake, and brain functions. And yes, cardio CAN be fun.

Cardiovascular programs are designed to give you body the oxygen it needs to keep EVERYTHING in your body working at optimal levels, or not so optimal levels if you do nothing cardio wise.

The air you are breathing right now is what is keeping you alive right now.

Every function in your body requires that invisible stuff that is floating in
and out of your mouth right now...

Your ability to USE your brain depends on how well your brain functions. Oxygen (O2) FEEDS your brain!

The MORE O2 you get with every breath; the better your brain will work
for you in times of need.

Energy, stamina, and mental clarity come from your capacity to use your
cardiovascular system properly...

Image right now if you have a capacity to use 4% of your brain at any given moment. What if you could use 10 % more of your brain?

What do you think your life would be like when the GREATEST super computer in the world was running at optimal levels? What could you create or produce? A better life? A better body? More money & free time?

Really think about this for a second...

I am using my VERY intelligent Mac Book Pro computer to create this document. This incredible computer can’t touch what my brain can do.

So how important is cardio to weight loss?...

It is EVERYTHING!

Well almost, a healthy well balanced diet is #1, but to lose extra fat from your body you will need to add a cardio program to burn away that EXTRA ENERGY.

You see that fat on your body does a number of functions, but one of those basically stored energy.

Get out there and use it! We are energy flowing beings that come from a very high rate of vibratory speed and when we don’t use this energy it seems to build up as fat storage.

The foods we eat that are supposed to be used for energy are instead stored as fat because we don’t put out enough to burn it off.

Start a simple cardio plan-walk daily for 20 minutes. If you can’t make it twenty minutes, start with 5 minutes.

Each day when you walk, try to add one minute to your time while working up to a nice 30-50 minute walk 4-5 days a week.

This will increase your metabolism as you continue to extend your walk time. My dad started out “just going to the next tree” everyday and now he has run over 50 marathons and has become a top trainer for one of the most respected running programs in the country.

If your already on a solid cardio program and need to burn fat, find your target heart rate zone for fat burning and stay in that range for 45-50 minutes a day...

Twice a day if your really motivated! Ask a trainer, go to Google and time
in “target heart rate zone” or look at any treadmill and you will be able to match you age to your TARGET HEART RATE ZONE.

Cardio can be fun. Go walking with the girls, go hiking with the guys, play basketball, tennis, play with your kids, have sex with your partner.

Just something that gets your heart pumping for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

In your next message we're going to be covering one of the most important elements to health...

if you don't have it...you'll never be healthy.

Water is still one of the greatest miracles on the planet.

We have definitively learned a lot about water like how it is put together, and how it hydrates the cells of our body.

Yet water is still a mystery of why it is formed the way it is. Nothing else exists on the planet quite like water.

It's the fluid of life for everything that is alive on this planet...

Every biological thing on this planet has to have water to survive-especially you!

Our body is over 70% water! That’s correct, water is what that body you live in is made of. Every cell in your body requires water to perform its functions properly...

That means that contained within that molecule of water is the information your body needs to thrive.

Without this mysterious thing called water, our bodies would be without form at all.

Without proper hydration levels, your body will suffer at all levels starting with your brain.

Ever have a tremendous headache, drink a glass of water and the headache went away? Dehydration was the cause of this pain you were feeling.

To lose weight or stay lean and healthy, you need to consume over 8 glasses of water on a daily basis.

I recommend anywhere from 80-120+ ounce’s of water depending on your fitness level, climate, and health needs.

Drink more water to lose weight.

Water Works:

· Drink 80-100 oz water daily

· Carry a water bottle with your everywhere you go. Maybe have a special water bottle with measurements on it so you can gage your daily intake levels.

· Practice drinking more daily, it will become habit after 30 days and you will be able to drink more.

· Avoid drinks like soda, coffee, and alcohol, which dehydrate your body with every sip. Avoid sugary juice drinks.

· Drink water to lose weight while assisting the body in waste elimination.

In your next message I'm going to show you how to put your metabolism into overdrive. You'll want to read every word...

Drink plenty of water
