I am so proud of my daughter, Sarah. She's 16, has a part-time job, does ok in school, is vegan and an AR activist (when she has time to join me) and just signed up to volunteer at an animal shelter.
How did I get so lucky?
Nice one Sarah the world need more people like you.

I still remember when she joined another forum, my3labs. I thought she was so sweet! She sounds like she's growing into a wonderful person, thanks to the example you have obviously set. :agree:

Definitely a bit more than luck involved. :agree: The influence of a great mum seems obvious. :) :yea: :cheer:

Personally, I believe every soul chooses "its" parents - for whatever reason - before "it" is born. So congratulations Mom! :)
Sarah sounds like a lovely young woman. :agree:

She sounds like a very special person. Hopefully there will be more and more couples raising their children to show compassion toward our animal friends.

Sarah is the one that "turned" me vegan. She was a vegetarian for a few years before me and one day asked me if I had ever seen "Meet Your Meat". We both watched it the same day and went vegan together.
She was having a hard time at school and waffled with it for a month or so but went with her conscience in the end, and made the right choice.
She's the 16 year old I wish I would have been.

She's much more advanced than I was at 16. You should be proud of her and yourself (after all, you raised her). :yea:
