Ooh, that's gruesome. I agree, I don't see something like that being allowed here in the USA.
I don't understand the links between whales and beer. I looked at the whale safe beer website, but they don't make it clear why some beers are whale safe and others aren't. There is also a petition, but you can't read it. All you get is a screen asking you to fill in your info. I'm sure its ok, but I'd rather read something before I sign it, considering how many "animal rights" websites out there use the term "animal rights" to lure people to the site, where they commence to bash the hell out of animal rights.

I found that a bit confusing too. I think it's just that the whale safe beer companies are wholly Australian owned so the profits don't go to any countries that are pro whaling? :confused:
