Alternative Bakery's Mac and Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Organic barley flour, organic unrefined cane sugar, chocolate chips (unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), fruit juice and natural grain dextrins, non-hydrogenated vegetable blend spread (natural non-GM oil blend- soy, palm, canola, and olive oils; water, salt, natural flavor*, soybean lecithin, lactic acid*, vitamin A palmitate*, and beta carotene color), macadamia nuts, coconut, organic soy flour, natural tapioca and potato starches, natural leavening (aluminum free baking powder and soda), natural vanilla, and sea salt.

* Not dairy derived.

I got this at Wholefoods. They are yummy!!!:excited:

I've only had the "Mac the Chip" and ones with carob chips...I LOVE them! They are so expensive though :( It's for the best though because each cookie is like 500 calories :eek:

I can't figure out how to post the photo directly but last week, I received my Pangea order and as a treat, got one of these cupcakes which me and my husband split because it was enormous (and had 400 calories!). The cupcake was fantastic. My vegan coworker and I are going to try the vanilla strawberry cake next. :o

Surprised my husband with these today, chocolate covered donut holes. He's tried the brand, Nutrilicious before and has always approved. :eat:
