Ingredients:

Water, wheat protein, organic tofu (water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride), non-genetically engineered canola oil, natural vegetarian flavors, shoyu soy sauce (water, non-genetically engineered soybeans, wheat, salt, culture), non-genetically engineered corn starch, white bean flour, garbanzo bean flour, lemon juice from concentrate, garlic, onion, calcium lactate from beets.

Tofurky products are pretty good, though I like the thin cut deli slices better than the Tofurkey roast. I like this in sandwiches with Vegenaise and lots of black pepper and lettuce. I bought this at the Whole Foods Market, in the USA. Here is their website: www.Tofurkey.com (http://www.Tofurkey.com). :)

This stuff is delicious.

Too bad it's not fortified with vitamins like Yves brands.

I have to admit I have never tried it but it might be a good transition food for new vegans who are missing some foods? :eat:

Yes, but Tofurky has no isolated soy protein! It's gluten and tofu, much healthier! :eat:

Oh that's good. Does the Yves have that stuff?

Yes, all of thiers do!

In fact, every "faux" product I have ever seen except Amy's and Tofurky does :(

I was on their website: http://www.yvesveggie.com and some products don't have isolated soy protein...they just call it "soy protein". Is that the same?

I would contact them to see what they say about thier Canadian products. I know the company has a few new products but I also know that every single package I have ever had in my hand had soy protein isolate or hydrolyzed extract.

I like the Tofurkey Philly-style slices. They make really tasty sandwiches with some toasted Rudy's bread and Tofutti Mozzarella, and spicy mustard...:eat: Oh my gosh--this places has the most awesome smilies!!!:daynight:

I just bought a big Tofurkey. I thought it might be tasty with a rosemary roasted potato recipe I found.:chef:
