I love this! Found it today finally in a smallish health food store. I used to be a whipped cream fanatic before I realized I was consuming whipped bovine breast secretions. This is made from organic soymilk and tastes great! :yea:

:yea: I met the man who created this vegan delight at the Natural Products Expo :) He was really sweet and had a cute accent :D He's been vegan for 30 years! :wow: He also gave my Sweetie and I 2 packages of his "Gyros" and "Cowgirl Steak" to take home. They are DELICIOUS! :eat:

Are the 'gyros' and 'cowgirl steak' available commercially in the US? Is it gluten/seitan? After trying (and buying 4 more cans :o that are good until Nov. 2007 ) of the Soyatoo, I'd buy anything that man makes. :D

This product is becoming a regular on my grocery list as well! It's pretty low in calories for a whipped cream. Unfortunately, I bought a whipped cream dispenser that I haven't been using as much! :p This is just too convenient and healthy!

Soy whip! Yay! Where did you buy it? I'm all excited about this, because that's the only item I've truly missed. Now I will be able to make all kinds of things... hot soy chocolate with wip cream, cakes...it's great!

I originally could only find it at small health food stores but now Whole Foods sells it as well.

I don't like it. Is it just me or does it have a weird aftertaste?

That's what I remember "Cool Whip" to taste like. I don't really use it much but it would be nice to have for the holidays or something.
I'll see if I can find your brand, Paul.
