I noticed many tips on making your own products up which is great, I do not really have the time to do this so much but for those who are looking for any household cleaning products I would strongly give http://www.astonishcleaners.com/ not sure if its for sale outside the UK but it is amazing stuff (the whole range) they have a product for most jobs.
100% animal testing free 100% animal ingrediant free, BUAV approved, environemntal produced and break down, so no eco damage will occure from waste water containing the product.
In the UK you can by this in Wilkos, Poundstretcher, some Coops, and many other discount stores, far more affordable than many other vegan cleaners.
On another note I had just been searching for synthetic bristle brishes
