*INGREDIENTS*

4 organic avocados (firm, with some give, not a lot)

2 tbsp Tofutti Sour Supreme vegan sour cream substitute

1 organic lemon, cut in half

1 sea salt grinder

*INSTRUCTIONS*

1.) Cut each avocado in half, removing the pit as you cut through. Scoop out the good stuff into a bowl. You really should have a bowl ready. Lol.

2.) Mash up all the avocado goodness with a fork. Add the Tofutti sour supreme, squeeze the lemon half over the bowl so the juice gets into the mix. Grind salt into the mixture, as much as you want. Mix together. Test it before you finish to see if it's how you want it.

3.) Cover and chill for about an hour at least before you serve it.

Hi Samantha.

I've never thought of putting vegan sour cream in my guacamole.

You're welcome. Wow, I'm appreciated here! Lol. Some people put sour cream in their guacamole, I always do, just the vegan counterpart.
