First off, sorry if there's another thread like this! I did use the search, but it came up with nothing! And also please move this if it's in the wrong place! - Thanks!

Okay, so really I was just wondering about whether there's anyone around here that lives a Wheat and or Gluten Free life, on top of being a vegan? If so, what sorts of foods do you eat? I am hoping to go wheat/gluten free at some time in the future (perhaps as a stepping stone to fully raw...)...and so it'd be really great to get some advice on what foods and drinks I'll be able to consume if I do so.

Also, is there wheat/gulten in anything that I might accidentally overlook? (Let's assume I am a complete moron, when answering this question - better safe than sorry!)

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies! It'll be beyond helpful!

Apparently, baked beans can contain it in the tomato sauce. And other sauces can have wheat flour as a thickener. And hydrolised or textured vegetable protein, which is in many things. Dry mustard powder. Some types of crisps. Various processed foods.
