Earlier this evening I had stewed apple and custard. 'Very tasty, very sweet!'

It was yesterday but I had veggie stew. A few hours later I had two sliced bananas with custard.

Right now? Er, a Nakd "Cocoa Loco bar". It's all natural too (whatever that means). :thumbsup:

Not right now but yesterday, instead of tomatoes and beans on toast, I had beans and tomato paste on toast. I added some beetroot and olive oil once the concoction was on the plate. I had also put a bit of powdered garlic on whilst it was heating up. Tastes very nice but there's not as much of it as there is when tomatoes are used. To make up for the lack of bulk I had an extra slice of bread and used it to clean out the saucepan.

I still have half the tomato paste left. It comes in a small tin but I have put the remainder in an empty tahini jar.

However I may make some toast in a little while.

I may have some raspberry jam on it.

I had veggie stew a few hours ago - a large potato, a medium onion, two carrots, four cabbage leaves and some Vecon. I had four slices of bread and tahini with it. Then some Alpro yoghurt, Brazil nuts and raisins and two cups of Earl Grey tea with soya milk.
