Milks

I just broke down and bought a half gallon of So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage, at Whole Paycheck. Oh is it ever gooooood! Its bright white, creamy, and only has the lightest hint of coconut flavor. Its not like a can of ordinary coconut milk used in Thai cooking. I got the Vanilla, and its good right out of the glass. I am going to try the plain unsweetened next. I have some plans for it in savory foods, if its not sweet.

There used to be a coconut flavoured soya milk here years ago. The first time I bought it was by mistake. It wasn't too bad in tea.
