I found this entertaining and interesting Youtube by Kevin Harloff, who I know I have seen on some forum or other, as I recognize his name. He is a little amateurish, but I found it endearing. A little unrehearsed sincerity every once in a while is refreshing.

I think he did a good job informing and explaining. I think it's great when all kinds of people form all walks of life talk about veganism.

You'll have to learn to lip read. You can find out some interesting things when you can. Especially if you have a pair of binoculars and your neighbours don't close their curtains.

Oh yes, I appreciated him sharing his hormone levels especially, considering all the nonsense that gets spread around about soy giving people moobs and turning them gay. There's nothing wrong with soy, moobs, or being gay.

If only soy could’ve turned some of the gorgeous, straight men
I knew gay - back when I was still single, of course! *SIGH!* :sigh:

Soy causes moobs? Hmmm . . . so is *that* what’s doing it???
And all this time, I thought it was merely a lack of exercise . . .

*Eyes the bench and weights suspiciously.* :skeptical:

Well, that little adventure of watching that vid will teach me to stay off the internet in the middle of the night. :brainfog: Insomnia and trying to surf the internet are not a match made in heaven. :whiteflag:

I'll have to go back to it when I'm awake.
