Hello Everybody,
Today i am here to dicuss something about Acai Berry Weight Loss.
How can Acai Berry can help you to lose your weight faster.
The Acai Berry is one of the world's most interesting and unique foods. It may also be one of its healthiest. Chock-full of antioxidants, amino acids, AND essential fatty acids, the tiny little acai berry packs a nutritional wallop rarely seen in the natural world. In fact, some experts consider it to be the world's most "complete" natural food.
Thanks

Ok, so this is spam, but its not so bad. I did remove the links, since I don't trust spam links, but acai berries are all the rage right now, and we don't have a thread about them.
I feel though that most of the nutrients found in these "superfoods" are available elsewhere, in ordinary local fruits and vegetables. Its the people that eat nothing but necrotarian crap who really need the concentrated power of "superfoods", and even then I think its mostly a lost cause. If you're gonna keep putting your hand on a red hot stovetop burner using a little lavender or aloe vera on it to heal the burns is pointless. You need to stop doing what is making you sick in the first place, and then you won't need any "superfoods" to fix what's wrong.

You Are an Acai Berry
You are an intense, fascinating person with a very strong personality.
You don't shy away from controversy, and you're incredibly independent.
You are cultured, knowledgeable, and worldly. You have a deep understanding of things.
You are lively and healthy. You believe your body is a temple, and you treat it as such.

You are casual, laid back, and totally easy go get along with.
You are compatible with many different types of people, even those with strong personalities.
You are creative and inspired. You don't put yourself in a box, and you aren't into labels.
You are open-minded and diplomatic. People find your "middle of the road" ways comforting.

I guess I'm in the wrong thread.

Acai berries taste like dirt. I had a free sample in a health food store and they are not the tastiest berry.
Loads of fruits and vegetables are chock full of nutrients and antioxidants but not all of them come from the Amazon and can be exploited so easily.

Okay, personally, I'm all in Acai Berry Favour! Woo! Go Acai!
Unfortunately, I suffer from the absolute rubbish-ness that is eczema, and since I was a tiny little baby we've tried absolutely everything to get rid of it, from acupuncture to steroids, etc (though now I'm vegan I can't actually have the majority of the creams I've been thrown, ahaha)...but alas, nothing has been working.
However, I went to a new dermotologist a few months ago who said that anti-oxidents might work, and since Acai is choc-a-block full of them, maybe taking some would help?
So anyway, we trundled off down to Holland and Barrett after seeing Dr What's-her-name and bought a bottle of Acai Berry Juice...
...I started drinking a tiny weeny little bit (20ml, maybe?) each morning, and I was actually stunned at what that little bit of fruit could do. In the following month I found the following:
- After you take it, you actually feel really, really energised quite soon after.
- You really do feel a lot fuller, and so I started eating really, really small meals, though at around eight or so, the affect wears off (so it lasts about twelve hours or something) and then you have to have some more...
- And my skin was looking AWESOME!
So it really does help you lose weight and such. I was very, very surprised. I don't know anyone else who's taken it, so maybe my body just reacts weirdly to things or something, but I would probably reccomend it as a starting point to help people with skin problems, and to those who want to lose weight (though, obviously, I'd also advocate a really healthy diet, and excericse, which is also something I have!)
I have to say, though, that Acai Berry Juice tastes absolutely foul. to me it was like liquidised doughnuts...and I hate doughnuts...with a passion. Hahaha. I've got to start taking it again tomorrow, actually (I laid off it because I was ill, and so my skin is all horrid because I was all unhealthy, teehee), and was thinking about sticking the 20ml into a raw smoothie or something, so maybe that'll be nice...I'll let you know if I do :P

Well, there you are. It must be good if it tastes nasty. :agree:
Glad it's helped you.
