we were babysitting a cat..

and i was actually happy to see the darn thing go home! :agree: :bhead2:

it liked to hide under the bed and reach out and bite or scratch your ankles when you walked by or stood next to the bed.

i'm not really a fan of litter boxes either. i swear, that cat would be outside all day squeezing it's little kitty cheeks together, holding it in, waiting for us to let her inside.

i'd need an animal that likes to snuggle. she just wanted to scratch me every time i tried to hold or pet her. :kittypet:

i love all animals.. but i think i've learned from this experience.. i'm not really a "cat person".

it's nice to be able to sleep half way hanging off the bed like normal. :yea:

this did make me think of my favorite kitty-cat of all time though. her name is heather and she lives 3000 miles away with my friend amy. the first day i was there amy tells me "i have another cat, but you probably won't see her for a week or two. she's afraid of everyone." :kittyinbag:

i smiled and said, "this cat?" heather was already curled in my lap, asleep and purring away. she used to come in my room at night, lay on my hair and snuggle my head. she's also the only cat i've ever heard burp! :kittypet:
