First up, sorry for the depressing query - but this is serious as a heart attack.
Does anyone know / can anyone tell me how to tell if someone is having a nervous breakdown? :bmoon: I know that's not a correct medical term, but I don't know what else to call it.
Thanks in anticipation. :grouphug2:

Not sure as it can cover many things. Probably someone whose personality has suddenly changed. Becoming withdrawn. Weepy. Flying off the handle. Suddenly reluctant to do things. Reluctant or afraid to go out. That sort of thing.
Anyone close?

Those two sites sort of describe what a nervous break down can be.

Or St. John's Wort. It has to be the right type of extract though to be most effective. Or possibly valerian.
