Smoked tofu

Guys, Pete's Smoked Tofu is AMAZING. It has a REAL smoky flavor and it's the best substitute for cheese that I have found. I had to buy 4 packages today (at Wild Oats). I made a Pasta Alfredo with it and now I'm about to have a smoked tofu sandwich! I guess I won't suffer from protein deficiency after all.:eat::)

I just saw a picture of it...it looks yummy! How in the world do they get it so firm?

I buy smoked tofu sometimes and stir fry it wirh veg and sweet chillie sauce and black bean sauce.

I have no idea, but it is really cheese-like in taste and texture. I have bought smoked tofu many times before and the taste is kind of mild, not too strong or flavored. I can just see this product being used in so many ways just like vegenaise.

Hello Pob. Long time no post. I just might buy some smoked tofu the next time I am somewhere that sells it.
