Ingredients:
Water, wheat protein, organic tofu (water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride), non-genetically engineered canola oil, natural vegetarian flavors, shoyu soy sauce (water, non-genetically engineered soybeans, wheat, salt, culture), non-genetically engineered corn starch, white bean flour, garbanzo bean flour, lemon juice from concentrate, garlic, onion, calcium lactate from beets.
Tofurky products are pretty good, though I like the thin cut deli slices better than the Tofurkey roast. I like this in sandwiches with Vegenaise and lots of black pepper and lettuce. I bought this at the Whole Foods Market in the USA. Here is their website: www.Tofurkey.com (http://www.Tofurkey.com). :)

Ingredients:
Textured soy protein (non-GMO), water, natural vegetarian flavoring, expeller pressed sesame oil, spices, and sea salt.
I bought this at Wholefoods too. I have never had the Jamaican Chick'n flavor before, and it is good and spicy. This jerky is hard, dry, and chewy, and slightly sweet. Its a good snack, and a good jerky choice for those who can't tolerate wheat products.

Ingredients:
Water, vital wheat gluten, tofu (water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride), expeller pressed canola oil, natural vegetarian flavors, shoyu soy sauce (water, wheat, non-genetically engineered soybeans, culture), non-ge3netically engineered corn starch, white bean flour, garbanzo bean flour, lemon juice from concentrate, evaporated cane juice, granulated garlic, calcium lactate from beets, cultured dextrose on maltodextrin.
This is another good chewy snack. It is not as hard as Tasty Eats, nor as sweet. It comes in several flavors: Original, Teriyaki, and Peppered. These jerkies are good to have on hand when you are out and about and need something quick and easy to eat that isn't sweet.

Ingredients:
Water, Non-GMO Textured Soy Protein, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, White Vinegar (Distilled from Corn), Seasoning Blend (Spices, Dextrose, Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder), Salt, Xanthan Gum, Caramel Color (Class 1).
You can get this at Safeway. I like this just mixed into rice. It comes in a plastic casing, which makes it sausage-shaped, and you must cut it open and squeeze the soyrizo out. It is a good substitute for chorizo in Mexican dishes calling for it.

Ingredients:
Water, wheat gluten, isolated soy protein, tofu (water, soybeans, magnesium chloride), spices, salt, wheat starch, natural flavor, evaporated cane juice, yeast extract, beetroot powder, garlic powder, onion powder, natural liquid smoke, carrageenan (from seaweed), vitamins and minerals (thiamin hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, calcium pantothenate, ferric orthophosphate, iron oxide, zinc oxide, dimagnesium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate).
You can get Yves stuff at Safeway too. They have a large range of ground "burger" style crumbles, frankfurters, and deli cold cuts. They are very tasty, and I am sure they are of great assistance in transitioning away from an omni diet, but they do have isolated soy protein, which is a doubtful ingredient. For vegans who are not terribly concerned for the health aspects of their diets, these are fun items that will help you veganize your traditional family favorites. I will admit to barbecuing weinies on the Fourth of July and Labor Day. I had to miss out on that sort of thing for many years before tofu dogs were invented, and it is fun to be able to have them now when I feel nostalgic for childhood food centered activities. :beanie:

I've never been interested in fake meats but I was stuck for a sandwich filling at the weekend and bought some Redwoods Cheatin Chicken slices and was really surprised at how nice it was.

I've had crackers that I strongly suspect were actually plastic

:D
Granose used to make a nice pie that came in a tin. It was rather salty but very tasty. You were supposed to boil it in the tin for a long time but I used to open the tin and heat the pie up in a pan. That only took a few minutes.

I haven't got a problem with fake meats as it isn't the flesh of other sentient beings... and if it encourages people to go vegan then good on them coz that would be my wish. These guys do a wonderful range ...
